In this paper, the structure, working principle and application scenarios of the ball screw lift are introduced, and the design and implementation of its motion control system are analyzed in detail. Through the analysis of the working characteristics of the ball screw and the dynamic model, a motion control algorithm based on PID controller is proposed to achieve precise control and stable operation of the lift. At the same time, in order to improve the safety and reliability of the lift, a complete set of safety protection system is designed, including over-limit protection, emergency stop protection, power failure protection and other measures. The experimental results show that the designed motion control system of the ball screw lift has good performance and stability, and can meet the requirements of a wide range of applications.
